Rose is outstanding! This recent maintenance event started over a month ago, and resulted in the installation of a new engine. This unexpected repair was very expensive, but with her professionalism Rose helped explain the needed fixes, options, and costs. She went way out of her way to ensure that the repairs were done quickly and that I wasn���t left stranded or wondering what was going on. This approach helps build trust and loyalty between customers and the dealership. The whole experience was very expensive and time consuming, but I can���t say enough good things about Rose and your staff.
