Confirmed Service Customer
From start to finish, the service was poor. Dropped off car evening before appointment. For 4 days after, got calls to reschedule appointment even though car at dealership. Picked up car one week later. Waited 30 minutes to have car brought out. Then, waited an additional 15 minutes because mechanic left for day but locked main key fob in his cabinet.
