Every single person who I had contact with (receptionists, cashier Chris, service advisor Gilbert Lopez and the whole service team) was exceptional in the best way. Communication was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and worked hard to make my experience a good one. Unfortunately, after spending almost $10,000 on two different visits, my truck is still having issues - issues that the code sensor says I've already paid to have repaired. Still, Gilbert is trying to help me resolve these issues where I live, 1400 miles away. Overall, my experience was a good one.
