My vehicle required a new transmission which was covered under extended warranty. However, it was like pulling teeth to get the service advisor to give me updates. After numerous calls to service and leaving voicemails we finally get a call back (2 days later) and it wasn���t until 6 days without a car that we were able to get a 7 day rental. Getting status during the repairs was just as painful. It was honestly just a horrible experience. I will be taking my business to another Chevy dealer
