Confirmed Service Customer
I called and got an appointment to drop of my 2017 Bolt in for repair. I brought it in on a Thursday morning and did not hear from anybody on Thursday or Friday So, called on Friday at 4:00pm. I was put on hold then was told it had not been looked at. My beef is that I was not kept informed, was put on hold for long periods of time when then called to find out what was happening I was put on hold, made to wait, then told I would have to wait and that I would be called and then was not. The repair was done satisfactorily but the speed in which it was accomplished and the communication was not!
