Overall experience was just okay. Booked my appointment through the website and was quoted $89.95 for an alignment on my exact vehicle (2017 Z06) and was actually charged $180. Very disappointed that is was literally double what I was quoted when I made the appointment. Service advisor was great, but it came up that I was a veteran while I was getting checked in and she did not offer any kind of discount or incentive. I have a Lexus as well and anytime I go into the dealership, they offer me a military discount. Finally, the main reason I brought my car into the dealership and not to another automotive shop was because I expected you to have the equipment to work on the car. I literally had to remove my front splitter while I was there to get it onto the alignment lift. Since you're a dealer of these vehicles, I assumed you had the proper equipment to handle all models, but I was mistaken and have made a mental note.
