I had Erika for my valuation. She was super accommodating and excellent. She answered all my questions thoroughly and guided me through the procedure. She was also kind and professional. I did not expect for an oil change to take an hour. I have been to other dealerships and they have taken longer and would not do everything in its entirety. I definitely will be coming back.
