I had purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Mercedes Benz in Torrence in February 2024 after losing my suburban that caught on a fire, I had also purchased extended warranty for my new vehicle. I started to experience a strange noise and called the extended warranty and while I was on the phone with them my vehicle started smoking and they advise me to take my vehicle to Mercedes Benz in Oxnard , I provided the tow and once my vehicle got there they advise me they do not work on Tahoe���s I was so stress and upset at this point, I went online and paradise popped up and that was my only hope at the time, has my vehicle towed to the Ventura location and still stress because now the extended warranty���s is telling me there a long process to even get into a rental. I I started getting overwhelmed and emotional, when then I meet with Gilbert Lopez. First off he notice I was overwhelmed and I felt he was very professional and Reassured me I was at the correct place and I was going to be taking well care of, Put me in a rental right away I was able to continue my daily duties as a mom , I got a phone call the next day with my vehicle ready to go, I will definitely be using this shop for my Chevy needs.
