This was my second vehicle purchased at Paradise Chevrolet and was helped Cruz. Cruz provided superb customer services, he has the perfect character and attitude for the job he holds. He is young, he is knowledgeable, he has taken time to learn about the vehicles, I don���t think he ever responded with a ��� oh I���m not sure, let me ask��� as I usually hear. Cruz was also very attentive, not once did he look distracted, not once did he look at his cell phone, he is so attentive, engages with you and really pays attention to what you are looking for. Cruz impressed my fianc�� and I when I purchased my first vehicle in 2022, I cannot say I always remember people who help me in a purchase. But both my fiance and I thought of Cruz and would comment about Cruz in conversations because unfortunately there are not many young people as Cruz out there that know the importance of customer service skills, actually I���ve seen and experienced adults with years of experience in customer service that have no customer service skills, no people skills, no communication skills. When I let my fianc�� know I was going to go to Paradise to see if I could get a good deal he immediately told me to look for Cruz. Well, Cruz called me because I had requested a call the day prior from an online inquiry sent to me about wanting to sell or trade in my vehicle. The best experience in my purchase was to see, listen, and observe how responsible, and committed a young adult is to his job. Paradise Chevrolet is very lucky to have him and I hope they know the jewel they have working for them. I WOULD LIKE to request he get a very GOOD raise, people with such attitude, and character deserve to be acknowledged and rewarded for the excellence in his service. In the process of gathering information there was a second staff who helped me, that was Noah. Noah also helped me and worked very hard to try getting me the deal I was looking for, and both Cruz and Noah did!!! I wish I get to see what the world has installed for Cruz���s future with that potential!!!! Best of luck!!!
