Confirmed Service Customer
I took my car in for service mention to tech who helped me that I had called twice the week before regarding my engine light. His response was that he didn't get them. He checked engine turns out it had something to do with coolant system. I did not get a call that day to tell me my car was ready after service or to tell me the issue with my car. I got a ride to dealer at 2pm and was told my car was ready no explanation of engine light. I called and left message to tech no response. I called the next day and left message I needed him to call me if not I would call management. He did call and left message that a part was ordered and that it would be there with Thursday or Friday of last week. Here we are a week later and no call again. So ml'm driving my car with something faulty in in coolant system. Which can become a bigger issue.
