Things were finally resolved after 6 months, involving exhausting emails & phone calls to almost no avail. Operations Manager arranged for a free loaner to do an anticipated 1 day job, & had most issues on the prearranged work ticket. It turned into an entire week without receiving a phone call until vehicle was physically ready to be picked up 7 days later; which the same Service Advisor blamed dealership phone system, just like emails previously. After all the associated headaches to get this resolved for a half of year, it���s finally done. However, tailgate still occasionally squeeks & appears to still need a slight more adjustment as it drops faster than before the problem originally started. Also, one of my valve caps was not reinstalled after they added air & the Service Advisor was supposed to call me back the last 3 days after checking with the technician. Overall, good service.
