I had April as an employee who was a wonderful help on 10/17/24. She works in the Service department. She gets a 5/5! She has a hug smile, great attitude and willingness to answer/ take care of any issues. Keep up the great work April. However I would like to bring up an issue that doesn���t involve service technicians, but your management and sales department. I bought my Chevy Colorado in one full payment. I paid for the side steps as an add on to my purchase at time of purchase. I had reached out several times with 0 information on this item I paid over $1,000 for. I was told I could get them in 2 weeks in June, and I purchased the Truck in February. I told the salesman no I want my money back that I gave to you. I went there on 10/17 to be told they���d call me tomorrow between 10:30-11:00. 10/18 I never received a phone call. My Grandpa and I went to Paradise Chevrolet for my money back. We waited over an hour to get my money 8 months later. I���ll never purchase anything from Paradise Chevrolet again, and probably Chevrolet. Being treated like a child for items I already paid for is absolutely ridiculous.
