Confirmed Sales Customer
I am writing to express my concern regarding the practices at Chevy Paradise in Oxnard, CA. There are several vehicles on the lot, including the one I purchased, have visible damages despite being sold as brand new. It is disappointing to see vehicles being sold in this condition without accountability. When I addressed these concerns with Jake, I was met with immediate blame placed on the customer. However, we have documented proof indicating that multiple vehicles on the lot are in similar condition. I strongly believe this matter warrants investigation to ensure transparency and accountability. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the steps that will be taken to address this issue.
