By far the worst experience I���ve had with this dealership. Appt at 11:15am, my truck was it ready until almost 6pm. I asked Carlos if I can get a quote for brakes and he said he would call me, never did. I had to call him at about 3pm to get an answer about my brakes, he said he doesn���t know yet because it was barely put on a lift. I asked why is it taking so long, his answer��� because they went to lunch. WOW! Picked up my truck at 5:50pm, when I turned on my truck the radio was very loud. I specifically turn it off when I drop off my truck. Oil life was not reset, truck was not washed, no communication from Carlos. BAD EXPERIENCE.

I've never before replied back about any surveys, but I guess there's always a first time.. When my wife and I went to look at trucks that day we told our selves we're only looking and not buying. After meeting O'Brien, he was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the trucks we were looking at, it kind of changed our minds, Just to let you know I was really dead set on getting a Toyota Tundra because that is what I drive now. O'Brien is a really good salesperson , I wish I had him working for me, thank you Paradise Chevrolet

No communication. Can���t complete & must almost, always return. Still owe me $15 for valve caps. Don���t pay attention to these surveys, otherwise, this would not be so stressful after almost a year. Paradise is not an appropriate name for your dealership.
