Appointment was at 2pm arrived at location 10 minutes before, no one was front desk waited for 15 before Gilbert came by and asked if I was helped, not sure were my advisor was at.

My truck was towed over, on a Thursday morning at 10am. Called on Friday for status said there was only 1 person that works on diesel engines, call back tomorrow, Saturday no phone call, Monday called no return call, went over Monday night truck was in same place, with window down, and unlocked, turns out it was unlocked the whole time it was sitting on the lot , Tuesday went over in the morning, still has not been looked at. Asked for keys , called tow truck, and had it towed to Bill Clark automotive and they had it fixed in 3 hours. Understand being busy to a point, but truck unlocked and window down, you dont care about clients.

Went to the dealer at 5:45 pm and was there until 10:30pm while your salesman negotiated with your sales manager(this was not even to finalize paperwork). Then the car arrived with a significantly more amount of mileage than agreed upon and the floor mats were missing. I have been told they are being ordered but have not heard any ETA on them. I’m happy with the vehicle it’s self but definitely left unsure of if I will ever hear about the floor mats (that I didn’t even want on the car but they said were already there and included so I couldn’t remove them from the price).

The service was good and on time, I had booked online and requested a shuttle ride home but it took over an hour to even get a shuttle and it took over two hours to just drop off my car.
