The experience was good. Paper work was easy. The only issue is I wanted to get accessories like a roll cover for the bed and some black emblems. But they had nothing in stock both near by dealership had item in stock but not this location. When I the sale associate why doesn't your dealership ship so up on thebgm parts store so I can order item and get them installed. He said the they took it off because people were order the wrong parts and not picking them up so they stop doing that. The last issue was the lost my second truck key. They couldn't fined it for the test drive they called my back after I left saying the found it. Then we get through all the paper work then tell me that was the extra key they found they didn't fine the original key. They said they would fix it but I don't just want an extra key made. I would want all new keys made and all older key fobs deactivated and honestly the actual metal key receptacle removed and replaced with new one due to all the theft of new vehicles. Because some has a key to my brand new truck...

When I checked with Erika I was told that I came in on a good day as it was a slow day. Came in for a routine oil change. I informed Erika that I also needed a rear light bulb replaced. She informed me that I needed the transmission fluid flushed as I had just hit the 50,000 mile mark. Which I agreed too. I was there for four hours waiting for my truck to be done. Erika did apologized for the long wait and gave me a 10% discount on parts which equaled about $25.00.

I made an appointment for 10:30 and arrived about 10 minutes early. As I exited my vehicle employees milled around me but nobody acknowledged my presence for 10-15 minutes. Somebody finally asked who my service advisor was and said he would be right with me. After waiting another 15 minutes he finally came out to talk to me. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation on a truck I recently purchased from your dealership. My advisor (sorry I forget his name) told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours for the service (I feel this is a bit excessive for a simple scheduled service that only takes about 15-20 min to actually perform ). He then said he would put a rush on it being as I planned to wait for the vehicle. After being in the waiting area for over and hour I decided to take a walk around the lot. As another 30 min passed I was now there for 1 hour 45 min I decided to walk around to the service area where I saw my truck still sitting outside. I saw and approached my advisor he seemed a little surprised when I asked if it was done. He then went to question the mechanics and reported it was not. He grabbed a mechanic and spoke to him for a minute who the jumped in the truck and low and behold my truck was done in 15 min. The whole ordeal took over 2 hours and 15 . To say the least I was not happy with the service I received.

I was RIPPED-OFF! I went into Ventura Paradise Chevrolet to have a diagnostic inspection done on my car. When I went in to pick it up, I asked team member “Gilbert” to go over the findings with me and he only had “guesses & possibilities” with no hard data to work with! He was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and talked down to me like an idiot!!! He made me pay for a DISSERVICE, rather than a service well done! I will NEVER be back there for service again with unprofessionalism like that “ still employed” there! No thank you Paradise team! Anthony S.
