The service was great! They attended to me in a timely manner. Customer service was great. The only complaint I have is when I was on my way home I noticed a plastic piece on my dash. After looking around I figured out it belonged to the base of the visor arm. I also noticed finger marks on my liner and on my visor. I didn’t have time to go back but this is unacceptable. The customer service was great but I was disappointed with the finger prints on my visor and liner and the plastic piece that wasn’t put back where it belongs. I was expecting my truck to look the same as when I dropped it off.

Quality service on my recall! I was promptly notified by Gilbert when my recall parts were available! I scheduled an appointment and my truck recall was completed promptly. Gilbert called me to let me know my truck was repaired. This an experienced well run service department and Gilbert is excellent!

11,000 miles on a ZR2 Silverado that has to be towed is annoying on its own. Then having to call every day since no one would call me was very frustrating even though each day it would be “done end of day”. Follow through on assurances that you will call with an update
