I made an appointment for an oil change for my Trailboss. I showed up at 7am as I was told to do, just to find out they never scheduled me. Another car that was scheduled did not show up and I was told I could get that spot. I requested my truck be done between 12 and 1 pm. I was told that it would not be a problem. My truck was not ready until 4pm. I had to cancel afternoon meetings because of this. When I checked my instrument panel, they also did not reset my oil filter life. Not very impressed.

Outstanding service!! Isaac did a phenomenal job and was very flexible with our budget. He was able to tailor our loan to a comfortable payment. He explained everything in detail and took his time. He wasn’t pushy like most salesman. Overall outstanding customer service. Definitely will recommend him to others who are in that market. Now if your service advisors showed as much compassion as your sales reps!!

It was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. ( I'm 65- lots of vehicles) . Rob our (Salesperson) was relaxed, knowledgeable , honest and straightforward with everything. The whole process from Test drive , sales cost, to closing with the finance manager went smoothly , a great no pressure buying experience. The new ownership has made a Huge improvement. Rob even took care of my Rental car return to Hertz. I highly recommend buying at Paradise.
