Gilbert was my first point of contact. He was professional and knowledgeable. I had a scheduled oil change and while during a at inspection, he noticed my 4 tires were in bad shape. He even showed me the wear and tear on the tires. I was worried and stressed about how would I pay for the tires. He saw my stress and mentioned that there was an interest free 9 month loan I could apply for. He was patient and helpful as I maneuvered the application process. The tires were not in stock and Gilbert called around and found them. I was very impressed with his customer service!

I was able to book an appointment the next day. My service advisor Rose, expedited and completed, the recall and oil change on our vehicle within 2 hours. We were quoted 5 hours originally. We live more than 35 miles from this dealership. So we missed rush hour traffic driving home( always a plus ). Love your Hot Chocolate drink dispenser, so many different favors to choose from. The dealership is always clean, and well staffed with kind helpful employees.

This time was not so good, it took longer than normal, I had to ask for a car wash and they still didn't do it, they never changed the sticker in the window, or removed the service tag from the mirror. Just an off day I guess.
